Undertake a current state assessment of the agency’s processes and systems. Provide expert technical advice, support, recommendations and best practices
Develop and enhance data models. Develop the conceptual and logical data models supporting the requirements. Work with Data Analysts in identifying the data structures and relationships
Support the Program Manager and Project Managers in developing, reviewing, managing and sharing relevant program and project artefacts, including reporting, procurement and communications material
Undertake analysis, design, development, prototyping, testing and maintenance activities. Provide comprehensive technical support to senior management
Provide technical expertise and mentorship. Develop detailed statements of requirements. Develop technical documentation, reports and templates
Scope and define WHS systems and processes. Asses the existing WHS systems against new requirements
Maintain and monitor the integrated master program schedule. Provide oversight of schedules, plans, task coordination and timeline
Develop solutions based on functional requirements. Provide level 2&3 support. Support audit and regulatory processes and procedures
Develop, implement and review database related infrastructure, processes and procedures. Develop Power BI and/or SQL Server Reporting Services
