• Experience implementing responsive UI components for web applications and websites using HTML/CSS, ReactJS and/or Angular Experience using prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Axure or Figma is highly desirable

As a UI Designer, you will tackle complex problems and transform them into intuitive and easy-to-use designs. Then, communicate them by user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. As a Front-end developer, you will work with developers translating and problem-solving designs, POC and wireframes into modules and high-quality codes for the best usability and accessibility outcomes. You will work closely with others in the team to:

• Help define user-centric designs, iterate and improve to add additional value, based on user feedback.
• Be responsible for user-focused UI designs and specification of user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces.
• Plan and perform user experience evaluation to check and confirm that usability and accessibility requirements have been met.
• Implement UI component using HTML/CSS and JavaScript Work closely with the team’s user researcher and designers to translate findings from usability testing into improvements for the user interface.
• Advocate and problem solve for user-centric design solutions with developers and cCoach back-end engineers on usability and front-end development.

• Demonstrated experience designing user interfaces working within to an existing style guide and/or design system using HTML, CSS, and Javascript framework such as ReactJS, and/or Angular.</li
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders, and clearly articulate design decisions through a well-conceived rationale.
• Demonstrated experience in working with others to translate findings from usability testing into actionable improvements to a user interface.
• Knowledge and implementation of Accessibility requirements - Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA as a minimum.
• Demonstrated experience designing wireframes, user interfaces, and interactive prototypes with a high attention to detail and ability to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate designs.
