Senior Business Analyst

Role Description

A Senior Business Analyst is required to contribute to the delivery of a Multi-Factor Authentication capability.

You will:

    • Work with subject matter experts and product owners obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements;
    • Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience;
    • Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides;
    • Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications;
    • Analyse existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities;
    • Perform and implement technical and peer reviews of product.

You will require the following skills and experience to be considered for this role:

    • Demonstrated understanding of complex ICT environments including data process flows and incident event management;
    • Proven experience in Cyber Security initiatives;
    • Proven experience in business requirement gathering and analysis;
    • Demonstrated experience in translating business requirement to functional requirements, including developing supporting documentation and comprehensive use cases to achieve sign-off;
    • Proven experience in conduction gap analysis to develop, test and deliver new processes into business as usual;
    • Excellent stakeholder engagement;
    • Demonstrated experience in Federal Government.

Selection Criteria

    • Demonstrated experience within complex ICT environments (3+ years).
    • Demonstrated experience in delivering business process enhancement, organisational change management, and communication activities / training plans for both end users and support staff, as part of enabling ICT systems and services (3+ years).
    • Demonstrated experience in federal government.
