A Senior Infrastructure Engineer is required to serve as a dedicated escalation point for this current Network Project. You will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, answering technical questions, and providing expert guidance on Fortinet SD-WAN, FortiGate, Azure NVA deployments, FortiClient, FortiSASE, and FortiSandbox. You should possess deep product knowledge, exceptional troubleshooting abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring timely resolution of any challenges that may arise during the project’s implementation and beyond. This role is crucial in maintaining project momentum, minimizing downtime, and ensuring the successful deployment and ongoing operation of our network infrastructure.

• Demonstrated Network Experience: Proven experience working in a contemporary, secure ICT environment with expertise in technical services, particularly in:
  • Azure Cloud Infrastructure
  • FortiGate Firewalls
  • Fortinet SD-WAN
  • Fortinet Azure NVA deployments
  • FortiClient
  • FortiSASE
  • FortiSandbox
• Communication Skills: Highly developed written and oral communication skills, especially in discussing technical and strategic matters with non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrated high level of attention to detail, including the ability to write detailed technical documentation.
• Network Mapping: Ability to map data movements across network zones and cross-domain environments.
• Visio Proficiency: Strong skills in creating detailed network diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
