Test Lead (x1)
- SFIA Level 6
- Responsibilities:
- Owns testing policy and processes, including software security testing.
- Manages risks associated with testing and takes preventative actions.
- Develops and oversees the implementation of improvements to testing processes.
- Provides authoritative advice on test planning and execution.
Test Manager (x4)
- SFIA Level 5
- Responsibilities:
- Plans and manages system and/or acceptance tests.
- Ensures integrity and execution of testing activities.
- Defines and communicates test strategies.
- Oversees test plans, resources, and deliverables.
- Manages client relationships regarding testing matters.
Test Analysts (x45)

- SFIA Level 4:
- Creates and executes complex test scripts based on functional and non-functional specifications.
- Maintains defect logs and provides reports on system quality.
- Designs and executes regression test packs.

- Reviews specifications, defines test conditions, and designs test cases.
- Maps test cases to pre-determined criteria and reports outcomes.
